CLEVELAND: Falls Communications has launched an investor relations practice.
The agency hired Robert Berick to oversee the IR group. Berick was previously MD and head of the investor relations practice at Dix & Eaton. He also served as director of corporate communications and investor relations at Scott Technologies from 1997 to 2001.
Falls' IR practice will design and implement investor communications campaigns for public and private companies. The firm will help to manage situations including proxy contests, shareholder activism campaigns, M&As, IPOs, leadership successions, financial restructurings, and crises.
